Had an amazing desert for 2PP tonight of honey grilled figs with some lite cool whip! I did not like the figs raw but my dad found this super simple and very yummy recipe to use them up! I definitely want to try grilling some other fruit before I go back to school!
In other news, a health update again!
Breakfast (4PP): Half Food For Life English Muffin Sprouted Grain (2PP), 2 tsp. TJ’s Natural Creamy PB (2PP), Banana (0PP)
Lunch (5PP): 2 oz. Santa Fe Thin and Trim Turkey Breast (1PP), Tomato Salad (0PP) w/ 0.5 oz. of Feta (1PP) and Basil (0PP), Light Roll (2PP) w/ 1 tsp. Olive Oil (1PP), and cut up baby carrots (0PP) and red bell pepper (0PP)
Snacks throughout day (5PP): 2 small peaches (0PP), 1/4 cup grapes (0PP), 3/4 cup honeydew melon (0PP), 1/2 cup pineapple (0PP), Kashi pumpkin spice granola bar (2PP), Sargento light string cheese (2PP), and a TJ’s speculoos cookie (1PP).
Dinner (11PP) PLANNED: 2 slices of Pizzeria Regina’s small Veggie Pizza (10PP), Small salad (0PP) w/ 1 tsp olive oil (1PP).
Desert (2PP) PLANNED: Banana “Ice Cream” (2PP); Frozen Banana blended with 1 tsp. PB and mixed with 9 grams of mini chocolate chips (SO YUM)
TOTAL: 27PP! (out of 26) NOTE: I have been experimenting with eating 27-30 points each day because with all of the exercise I do I feel like I should be eating more some days! I take these extra points from my activity points first, not weeklies!
WATER/TEA: 6 cups water, 5 tea (11 total) SO FAR
WORKOUT: NONE (rest day) 23 activity points earned for the week so far (my average is around 26)
